Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative with UAE real estate experience. The successful candidate will generate leads, manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and close sales and leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, social media, and property portals.

• Contact prospective clients and identify their property requirements.

• Promote available residential and commercial properties.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.

• Advise clients on property prices, locations, market conditions, and investment opportunities.

• Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

• Prepare and maintain property listings and client records.

• Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients.

• Coordinate with developers, property owners, banks, and relevant authorities when required.

• Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures and UAE real estate regulations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate sales or leasing experience.

• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close transactions.

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and UAE property portals is preferred.

• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.

• RERA certification is an advantage.
